Visited the hospital for Cataract surgery of my father aged 74 years through ECHS. The Right eye was operated by Dr Aishwarya in Mar 23 and the left eye was operated in Mar 24 by Dr Ravi. Both the Doctors were exceptionally polite and professional. The Doctors were truthful in saying that the Surgery is not urgent ; unlike some who create a sense of panic , urgency and helplessness. The counsellors Ms Pooja and Mr Sunish explained everything in detail and helped us take a decision on the type of lens and the date of operation. Every other staff in the Insurance department, Reception, Lab, Housekeeping, traffic mgt etc were equally good and helped us in every possible way to make us comfortable.The Best part – With thousands of patients being seen everyday in the hospital, the waiting time in every dept is not more than 10 mins (its practically even less in most cases). The staff is always happy and smiling to guide u at every step and keeps u updated. Wish I knew everyone’s name to mention them here. OVERALL- NARAYANA NETHRALAYA , Rajajinagar is the BEST.
