First time visiting an eye hospital and I had a smooth experience @ NN. As you walk in through the main entrance a gentlemen by the name of Mr. Venkatesh approaches you with a smile and assists you even before you reach the reception. The receptionists and other employees are super helpful too. The consultant was able to diagnose the issue and referred me to the doctor with the required specialisation. The routine checkup and doc appointment process is very streamlined and relatively quick. Very nice.
