My husband underwent cataract surgery at Narayana Nethralaya Hospital. I want to highlight the exceptional co-operation and humility of the hospital staff. They promptly addressed every concern of ours, whether in person or on calls. As senior citizens, it was crucial for us to understand each step at our own pace, and the counsellor, Mrs Chitra, was exemplary in explaining everything and clearing our doubts promptly. I would also like to thank Dr Deepa for her excellent work and polite demeanor. I highly recommend this hospital to others.
