They promptly addressed every concern of ours, whether in person or on calls. As senior citizens, it was crucial for us to understand each step at our own pace, and the counsellor, Mrs Chitra, was exemplary in explaining everything and clearing our doubts promptly. We consulted Dr. Deepa in Narayana Nethralaya Bannerghatta Road for cataract operation of my father. She is very kind, patient, calm and composed. The surgery went well. Surgery just happened yesterday and my father is very happy with the service. Our counsellor Suma helped us a lot too.
