My husband had SMILE eye surgery at Nethralaya, Dr name was Pooja. Process was explained clearly and it’s just been a day but so far, it’s good.

So today was my follow-up day after LASIK surgery which I got it done yesterday from Narayana Nethralaya in Rajajinagar. I initially went to Indiranagar branch for my consultation with Dr. Pooja Khamar. She is really nice and soft spoken, told me about the procedure according to my eye conditions. I got operated within 15-20 mins. Went very quick and smoothly. The OT dress which was provided was clean. Counselors and receptionists are really sweet. Their canteen food is good too but the only complaint I have is that the canteen area was not clean. Should focus on that part. Rest I had an amazing experience. Just go to this hospital without giving it a thought.

I got “Implantable Collamer Lens” procedure done here. The entire procedure was quite seamless, and it was maintained throughout the duration of the surgery ensured by the friendly counselor Mr. Sunish V Thomas, who attitude was reassuring and induced a sense of trust in me. The empathy and friendliness displayed by my surgeon Dr. Pooja M Khamar was faith-inducing and is a trait of a doctor that a patient would like to experience. Props to both of them! One also has to appreciate the supporting staff who collectively ensure the well-being of the patient. Baring a few mis-coordinations, I found out that the overall experience was quite positive. However, the post-surgery experience can be improved, especially with helping out the patient.

I have had a wonderful experience at Narayana Nethralaya. My ICL surgery done smoothly in well organized manner. I had my laser surgery done in the refractive department. I am now able to live without my spectacles. Thanks a ton to Dr.Rohit Shetty Post surgery eye therapy for muscle weakness was handled by the Buds to blossoms department. Dr.Pooja and her team helped me overcome the eye strain I frequently experienced while using my laptop. Their guidance and dedication have been of great encouragement and motivation.
