Basic Guidelines
Our hospital is in the approved panel of more than 100 corporate constituting Karnataka State Government, Bharat Electronics Limited, Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS), Ex-Service Men Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS), Employees State Insurance etc. List of approved corporate is attached herewith for reference.
For applying cashless treatment, patients need to submit the following copies of the documents.
Identity Card issued by the Third Party Administrator (TPA)
Any Photo Identity Card like Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, etc
If it is a Corporate Policy Employee Identity Card, Aadhaar and PAN card of the Employee
After confirming the date of surgery we will apply to the concerned Third Party Administrator for processing the cashless. It takes minimum 4 to 8 hours to know the approval status.
In case of Co-Payment or Partial Payment on the Cashless Approval, it will be collected from the Patient before the Surgery.
The Insurance desk functions from 08:00 am to 7:00 pm.
